Hello internet buddies! Alex and I have been hard at work preparing for an awesome Baman Piderman related announcement for the last month that will soon be public, but until then we’ve decided for a short amount of time we’re going to open up Baman Piderman digital commissions on the internet for the first time ever. Now you too can have an awesome(??) picture or even animated gif of your favorite(???????) characters! You could even request your own characters hanging out with the BP crew, drinking tea with Those Guys, coming ober the house, or making Pumkin incredibly nervous by invading his personal space. ERM.

Since I’ve had some downtime due to being sick, we’ve been catching up on a lot of neglected things here at Small-Butera Enterprises (my house). One is commissions! Here are three I was way behind on. Thanks to these dudes for waiting!
First is for Brian, a picture of him and his buddy Baman Piderman style! Seems the BP cast also crashed the party..

Last is a vaguely amazing poster for Carl, involving Baman Piderman and crazy action movies. This one is actually huge for printing out nice and distractingly large, but everyone but Carl just gets to peek at the tiny version.

After a fairly brief delay due to a stomach infection, Baman Piderman is back with a brand new episode on December 12th! Filled with intrigue, action, and potentially a tuba solo? All good things basically.
I have a very heavy heart to write this, but as this episode comes to a close, so does the series for a while.. Mondo Media is working on some stuff right now and unfortunately cannot afford to fund Baman Piderman, and some of their other shows, anymore. They really are doing all they can to pull for our show and others, but.. well. The internet is tough. What does this mean for us? Well, until further notice this might be the last episode, and Alex and I have to look for new jobs. I am most sorry that it has to end on what would not be the end of the season, but on a fairly random episode.
This show has been my baby and my life for some years, particularly this year when Mondo gave us the very, very gracious opportunity to go full time and produce tons of wonderful episodes. I am so grateful for the chance they gave us to do so; it’s the happiest I’d ever been. Leaving my full time job to do this cartoon was like a dream come true, and I’ll never forget the things I’ve learned from it, or the friends I have made. I could never have asked for anything more.
The internet is like a jigsaw puzzle that keeps getting the pieces shaken up whenever you manage to put a few of them together, a fact Alex and I both knew when we quit our steady jobs to start jigsawing away. What is the puzzle a picture of? A cat? A lady on a swing? A Thomas Kinkade painting of a cat lady on a swing in front of a lit up cottage at Christmas time?? We might never know, but I will never regret the decision we made to pursue it. It has been a wonderful gift to be able to make creative, unfettered content for you guys for even this long. I am not wealthy, but I am blessed beyond belief.
I hope I hope I hope the show might be able to come back. It’s a lovely thought for sure.. but even if things don’t work out, such is life, I want to express my abundant gratitude to all of you who have watched the show, created fan art, music, costumes, those who came to the livestreams, people who’ve followed along with me on tumblr, everyone. The fans are the best, you made every late night worthwhile ten fold.
I will keep everyone posted for sure, whether about new developments or updates of me face down on the floor sobbing into the abyss. You know! Normal things!
Seriously though, thank you thank you thank you, from the very bottom of my heart. It was all for the fans. I hope you’ll continue to follow Alex and I’s adventures, whether that be somehow more Baman Piderman or maybe even into new animated shows and beyond. Our dream has always been to make great animation for everyone together, and that’s just what we’re going to keep on doing.

The brand new episode of Baman Piderman, “Squib Week” is now live! Now that Pumkin and Squib are friends, Squib makes sure to show it’s great appreciation for Pumkin every day.
I just want to tell you that Alex and I completed this, start to finish, in only six days. I know that’s not going to wow anyone but other animation peeps but I’M JUST SAIYAN. Thankfully we got some last minute help when I was fetal under my desk by our delightful friends Caroline, Katy, Berry, and Dan. Thank you guys!

Wwwwooow. The response for the new Baman Piderman episode has been very overwhelmingly positive. Alex and I feel super happy! Thank you so much to everyone who liked and reblogged it here on tumblr, it means so much to both of us. This episode was particularly hard to get out on time due to one of our close relatives being hospitalized this past month, so thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts, as always, for watching our doofy little cartoon. In return, here is a bigger screen grab of Pumkin’s game. This marks the first time I’ve ever made pixel art! It’s.. difficult. Haha. Enjoy!
